If you find that a product you purchased does not match its description, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

In the event that a product is listed with an incorrect price or incorrect information due to a typographical error or other mistake, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the incorrect product.

Returns and Refunds

Cancellations:

Techloch may cancel orders for various reasons, including supply issues or events beyond control.

Cancellation of customised or special orders may incur a fee.

Cancellations after shipping will be charged for all related costs.

Warranty and DOA Claims

  • Products come with a return-to-base warranty. Return costs are borne by the customer.
  • Manufacturer contact is recommended for troubleshooting before returning products to Techloch.
  • Non-faulty returns may incur a service fee and shipping costs.
  • Warranty process takes 4-6 weeks, possibly longer in some cases.
  • Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.
  • Dead on Arrival claims must be made within 7 days of receipt, subject to testing and stock availability.
  • Direct manufacturer warranties apply to certain products, like notebooks and printers.
  • Improper installation damage is not covered under warranty.
  • Online purchases require a Return Authorization (RA) number for returns.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Techloch, its directors, employees, or suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, services, or products. This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
